Itinerary After
collection from your cruise ship, we head to Paihia to board the Mack Attack. Take an exhilarating hour trip through the Bay of Islands on Mack Attack the fastest, most spectacular way to
see the famous Hole in the Rock. Enjoy the thrill of travelling at speeds of up to 100kmh, and the informative commentary of your skipper. Stop for photo and video opportunities at the
Rock. You may even be fortunate enough to see some of the many Dolphins that live in the Bay.
Rejoin your guide to travel to the historic town of Kerikeri where, you will you be taken on a
scenic tour of the area.
Kerikeri Basin is where Maori welcomed missionaries in 1819 to establish a Church Mission Settlement. This established the framework for New Zealand's bi-cultural
society. Kerikeri is both a beautiful place in the Bay of Islands, and New Zealand's most historic site of national importance.
Taste some of regions best wines at one of our award winning
local vineyards, where you will also have time to enjoy a light lunch of your choice. (your cost).
We will also get the opportunity to see a Maori Pa, and there is the option for a gentle
five minute river walk before returning to Waitangi Wharf to rejoin your ship.
