Itinerary

We will meet you at the cruise ship port and depart on this fill day tour that takes in all that beautiful Hobart has to offer: historic sandstone buildings, ornate architecture, Salamanca Place, open parks and gardens.

Travel along both sides of the magnificent Derwent river as we take a visit to well known Bonnorong wildlife park, with it's wide range of Australian fauna, including the cheeky Tasmanian Devil. Visit some of Hobart's landmarks, including Battery Point and Sandy Bay, home of Australia's first legalised casino.

We also take a tour of Tasmania's no. 1 tourist icon, the infamous Port Arthur penal settlement, for a look at the restored ruins of the old penitentiary and other buildings.

We also visit the spectacular Tasman Peninsula geological features, such as Tasman's Arch and Devil's kitchen, returning to Hobart via the quaint, almost English village of Richmond. 

Finally we drive up to a lookout, to take in the magnificent view of Hobart, as the city stretches right down the Derwent estuary to the Iron Pot lighthouse in the distance.
