Enjoy New Zealand's premium wine region, the beautiful Marlborough region.  This region is world-renowned for producing the some of the best Chardonnays and Sauvignons in the world.  Pinot Noir is also making its presence felt in this region.  Combined with beautiful scenery and limited to a maximum of twelve people, you are assured a wonderful adventure.

Itinerary

We meet at the Picton i-SITE, just a short walk from the Cruise ship berth.  We will visit several vineyards, sampling as we go.  Marlborough enjoys hot sunny days and cool nights, with a loamy soil, which creates the ideal climate and terroir to produce world famous Sauvignon Blancs.  You will have the opportunity to savour many of these award winning wines while enjoying breathtaking scenery.

A visit to the boutique Makana Chocolate Factory is the ultimate chocolate experience.  You will see how they make their delicious chocolates, taste a few samples and have the opportunity to take some home to share with family and friends.

If time permits we will travel partway on the Queen Charlotte Drive, a popular tourist route to Havelock and Nelson. This road wends its way through native bush offering several vantage points from which to enjoy views of the inner Queen Charlotte and Pelorus Sounds, before returning you to your ship.
